Summary: Portrays students at the Highland Manor School and Junior College in New Jersey cleaning and dishwashing during a strike by the cleaning staff. The Oversize section portrays students at the National Youth Administration Center, located in the building of the old Darlington Seminary. This N.Y.A. center is a vocational school for young women to learn to be 'domestic help'. For the most part, the photos show students working at child care and housekeeping, but also include some views of recreation and meals. Includes one view of exterior of building with Darlington sign.
