Documents Congress inspecting machine guns manufactured by G.K. Garrett & Company and the Heintz Manufacturing Company, as well as inspections of shells made at the Ocean City Manufacturing Company. Documents manufacture of lubricant and leather belts for the war effort at E.F. Houghton & Company in Philadelphia. Includes war production work at E.J. McAleer & Company. Shows the conversion of appliance manufacturer Proctor & Schwartz into an ordnance plant. Contains views of engines being manufactured at York Corporation.
