Also illustrates preparations for the opening of the army officer's club at the Warwick Hotel, and club hostesses at the Benedict Club before a Sadie Hawkins Party. Highlights events at the officer's club in the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel, with emphasis on balls and parties. Depicts Halloween decorations. Shows servicemen at the Y club at Broad and Pine Streets in Philadelphia. Also shows the staff of the American Soldiers and Sailors Club in Paris during World War I, including interior and exterior views of the building.
