The Substance of the trial of Lord George Sackville, now Lord George Germain, secretary of state for the American Department, for disobedience of Prince Ferdinand's orders at the Battle of Minden; : at a court-martial held at the Horse-Guards on February 29, and continued by several adjournments till April 3, 1760. : to which is added, a particular account of the valour and intrepidity of the brave Admiral Keppel, in taking the island of Goree from the French; and sinking the Theseé [sic], a 74 gun ship, in the memorable victory gained over M. Conflans, on the 20th of Nov. 1759, by our fleet, when commanded by Admiral Sir Edward Hawke.
