"The 'Avis' and the text of M. Polain's newspaper report of the sale are reproduced from the originals bound in with Mr. Rosenwald's copy of the Catalogue"--Colophon. They are mounted on p. [15]-[18].
"Two hundred and fifty copies have been printed ... by ... Henry Morris. Copies I-XXV are for distribution by Mr. Rosenwald, copies 1-160 for other members of the Club, and copies 161-225 have been made available to their fellow collectors"--Colophon.
