In 1866, the property was deeded to Francis and Henrietta Schneider. Previous owners of the property include Thomas Coates, George McGee, Robert Parrot, John Vanderslice, and Daniel M. Fox. There is also an 1865 certificate of appointment of John A. White to 2nd Lieutenant of Company D of the 183rd Regiment Infantry, Pennsylvania Volunteers. It is signed by Governor Andrew G. Curtin.
