John Bell Tilden diary
John Bell Tilden (1761-1838) was from Philadelphia. He served in the Continental Army, in which he was commissioned an ensign in the 2nd Regiment, Pennsylvania line, in 1779. At the end of the Revolutionary War he was honorably mustered out and he joined the Pennsylvania Society of the Cincinnati....
