Folder contains letters and correspondence between A.J.Drexel Biddle, Postmaster General James A. Farley, and FBI director J. Edgar Hoover. The folder also contains thirty-three page pamphlet written by Biddle entitled, "Crime Prevention in America, England, France, and Austria." In it Biddle praises Hoover's skill as a crime fighter and provides suggestions to improve FBI effectiveness inspired by various European police agencies.
