Speeches of defendants' counsel and the charge of Judge Burnside in the case of Hinchman vs. Richie, et al

Plaintiff (Morgan Hinchman) charged the defendents (Richie, et al.) with malicious conspirtacy to confine him in the Friends' Asylum for the Insane (Frankford, Philadelphia, Pa.) to deprive him of his property. Case was eventually heard before the Pa. Supreme Court.
