Atlantic City views depict physical fitness programs, first aid instruction, maneuvers, drills, and recreational sports. Other images portray airplane target practice at the Millville, N.J. base, air training in Dover, WACS in training in New Castle, and military service by Pennsylvanians in England. Includes scenes of the jpreparation and opening of the Municipal Airport Officers' Club and Philadelphia society girls encouraging enlistment. Focus is on the interceptor command post in Philadelphia.
