Illustrates religious services, concerts, and tanning at the Central Branch roof garden. Portrays reading in the library, prayer, music classes, and dances. Many images depict servicemen at the YMCA for dinner, dances, and to sleep. Shows young people looking at phonograph albums and playing darts at the Germantown branch.
