Albert Cole Hopkins, a resident of Lock Haven, was a wholesale lumber merchant selling pine, hemlock and hardwood. He was also a Congressman, 1891-1895, and State Forestry Commissioner, 1899-1904. This volume contains surveys and land records of timber and coal lands in western Pennsylvania.
