This document pertains to a land dispute between Frederick Sprang and John Pott and Jacob Lesher, the three of whom owned 175 acres of land in Rockland Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Pott and Lesher brought suit against Sprang, and a jury was called to ensure that that land was properly divided. This was overseen by Berks County sheriff J. Daniel Kerper. This document was later filed with the Berks County deeds recording office iin 1818. |
