Volume 4 [formerly Volume 90]:<br /> The date range of this volume is 1940 to 1947. The volume contains studio portraits of PTC executives, including Ralph T. Senter, president of the Philadelphia Transportation Company at the time. There are photos of a farewell banquet held in April 1940 for John Wesley Frazier, Superintendent of Transportation, including one showing all the women employees.
