Philadelphia Politics--Evaluation of Lombard to South Streets 11th & 12th
James "Buddy" Johnson was a notorious criminal with a wife he never saw and a girlfriend with whom he lived (except when in hiding or jail), lurking around the vice-ridden sections of Philadelphia. Buddy's name appears throughout documents in the J. Hampton Moore collection.
