P.S. Duval Lithography trade card, 1843
Early color lithograph advertisement for Peter S. Duval's Lithographic Establishment drawn by Albert Newsam and printed by Duval. Duval was one of the first to experement with color lithographic printing, and is credited with creating the first color lithograph in the United States.
