Lisa Wilson

Lesa Marie Wilson is an American actress, singer, model and beauty pageant titleholder who has competed in the Miss USA 2006 pageant and also appeared on ''American Idol''.

Wilson graduated from Armuchee High School in 1998 and also obtained a diploma in radio and television broadcasting from Coosa Valley Technical High School.

Wilson won the 2006 Miss Georgia USA title at the state pageant in Newnan. It was her first attempt at the title, although she had competed in other competitions such as Hawaiian Tropic and Venus Swimwear. She then represented Georgia in the Miss USA 2006 pageant in Baltimore, Maryland in April 2006 and was second runner-up. Wilson passed on her crown to 2007 Miss Georgia USA Brittany Swann, who had placed third runner-up to Wilson in the 2006 pageant.

Wilson auditioned for the third season of ''American Idol'' and made it to the semi-finals. She sang Melissa Etheridge's "Come to My Window" and was eliminated.

Lesa is the first actress to bring superhero Lodestone to life as she hit the screen as Rhea Jones in DC Universe's hit series Doom Patrol. Lesa is also known for Logan Lucky, The Originals, Being Mary Jane, Star, and Amazing Stories, executive produced by Steven Spielberg. She started working as a teenage model then expanded into hosting and acting. She studied radio and television broadcasting, but after working at a local news station, changed direction in favor of acting and hosting. Her first break onto the national scene was in 2003 when she made the semi finals of American Idol.
