Richard Vaux

Richard Vaux (December 19, 1816 – March 22, 1895) was an American politician who served as a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Pennsylvania's 3rd congressional district from 1890 to 1891. He served as mayor of Philadelphia from 1857 to 1858. Provided by Wikipedia
